Brock Family Care is a patient-centered family medicine practice conveniently located in Forest City, North Carolina. Founded by board-certified family nurse practitioner Anne Brock, FNP-BC, and PMHNP-BC, the practice works with patients of almost all ages, providing care for children ages eleven and up and elderly patients alike.
Mrs. Brock opened Brock Family Care to provide her community with the exceptional primary care it deserves. With increasing regulations in medicine, Mrs. Brock decided early on that Brock Family Care would not accept insurance in order to spend more time with her patients and deliver personalized care without regulatory interference.
Offering flat-rate pricing, prepaid memberships, and pay-per-visit family medicine services allow Mrs. Brock the freedom to practice medicine according to what is best for each individual patient. In addition to providing multiple payment options, Brock Family Care offers lab services with wholesale pricing for patient convenience.

Meet Our Provider
“My desire to become a Nurse Practitioner came after I had surrendered my life to Jesus Christ and began to have the desire to fulfill HIS calling for my life. I had been in the nursing field for 20 years and began to research the role of Family Nurse Practitioner. I completed my degree in 1998 and began work in an urgent care clinic and then transferred to a rural health clinic.
In 2009, I completed in-depth mental health training, earning a post-master degree and certification in psychiatric mental health.
Over the past 22 years as a nurse practitioner, I have watched the focus in primary care change drastically. With the increase in both state and local government involvement in the healthcare of American citizens has come tremendous burdensome regulations for all medical providers. As a result, the time spent with each patient has been greatly reduced and tragically, providers are losing their freedom to practice medicine according to what is best for each individual patient.
At God’s leading, I felt it was time to open a private practice that does not file insurance of any kind in order to be free of unnecessary regulations and mandates. This will, in turn, be beneficial to all patients who will experience more time with their medical provider here at BROCK FAMILY CARE.”
Meet Our Team
— ADMINISTRATOR —
Coming from a background of a family of business owners in Brazil, Camila was taught from a young age to be a hard worker and always give her best in everything she does. After graduating high school, Camila applied for a student visa to attend college in the United States. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University in 2016, receiving the highest academic distinction – Summa Cum Laude.
She was married the same year to her wonderful husband – Alex.
As Camila was asking God what direction she should pursue in her career, God opened the door for her at a primary healthcare clinic. She never thought about working in healthcare, but soon perceived that is where she belonged.
Camila has always loved people, and being in healthcare, she felt she was making a difference in people’s lives. Her hard work and dedication were noticed by all, and soon she moved up in the company. Within a short period of four years, Camila worked in many departments within the clinic. Starting as a Medical Records Clerk and a Patient Service Representative to later becoming the Operations Manager, Financial Manager and finally, the Business Development Manager of all regional clinics.
As a leader in one of the largest primary care clinics in the area, Camila was chosen to serve as a member of the Advisory Board for the School of Nursing of Gardner-Webb University in 2021 – the same university she attended just five years prior.
At the end of 2021, she felt God calling her to join Anne Brock in starting a private practice. It is her joy to know every day, as she comes to work, she can make a difference in someone’s life.
— Registered Nurses —
63 years of combined nursing experience!
After 20 years of being in veterinary medicine, God led Dayle to Bible school, in which, at the same time, she started her 20-year career in accounting. Even though Dayle enjoyed accounting, she missed healthcare. In 2006, Dayle went to nursing school, then went on to nurse in a hospital on the orthopedic floor.
She later received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and, for six years, served as the Chief Clinical Supervisor over three Rural Health Clinics.
In her leisure time, Dayle is still very involved in animal care. She and her husband have four rescue dogs of their own.
Jackie has been a nurse for 50 years. After 11 years in healthcare as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), Jackie went back to school to become a Registered Nurse (RN) and later received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Most of her career has been in a hospital setting.
Jackie loves to help people. Even when not at work, she is always busy serving others – taking friends to doctor’s appointments and caring for the elderly.
