Becoming a patient of Brock Family Care is simple. Just call our office at (828) 382-7282 to schedule an appointment. Our staff will send you new patient forms electronically to complete before your visit. If you’re unable to complete the forms ahead of time, you may fill them out in the office—please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that Brock Family Care does not accept insurance. We offer a monthly membership as well as select services at a flat fee. To learn more about pricing for specific services, please click here.
